Rea's First Manicure! (Mommy's Millionth Pedicure)

"He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart... He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation." (Psalm 24: 4-5)

"For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living." (Psalm 116: 8-9)

Happy Easter!!

Grandma Hathaway was able to whip up these adorable little dresses for the girls when we were out visiting the week before Easter. Rea and Ni'ke couldn't wait to wear them!!

Mommies and Babies

Ohio Family Fun!

Visit to Ohio!!

Ya'shar and I made a trip to Ohio 2 weeks ago to surprise Grandma Wanda and help her celebrate her 80th birthday! It was such a blessing to visit friends and family, and of course it was gone in a flash, as fun trips always seem to go. Thank goodness for pictures (and blogs!) to make the memories last! Ya'shar especially enjoyed getting to know his little cousin Levi (those 2 are quite the pair!) and also his little cousins Ava and Kenneth. I love big families!

Pretty as a Posey!!

Rea and Ni'ke "posed in front of the poseys" at Rea's preschool a couple weeks ago. The daffodils were in full bloom!

Fun at the Park

The weather's been so great here, so we've been hitting the park the past few weeks! These guys would stay all DAY if I let them!!!

The Perils of the Youngest Child...

Being the youngest, Ya'shar is unfortunately subjected to alot of... "unwanted attention" shall we say?... from his older siblings! Today it was being decorated from head to toe in John Deer stickers (compliments of Grandma!) Looking at these pictures, though, he doesn't seem to mind too much... :)

Waiting For the School Bus...

Ma-lak was kind enough to let me take some pictures on Wednesday while we waited for his bus to come. I can't believe he'll be in kindergarten this fall! Thankfully he's been going to preschool at a "regular school" for the past year, so he should adjust really well to a similar bus and school schedule at his new school!

Microwavable Family Traditions

"When I was your age.... Mommy used to eat popcorn and grape juice every Sunday night with her brothers and sisters, just like you!!!" (But probably not out of a coffee filter...)

Dance Dance Dance!

Rea and Ni'ke are enjoying ballet lessons on Saturdays, of course I think they're more excited about wearing the little outfits than the actual experience...
