With the curly girlies, I don't have to do a whole lot of cutting, just a trim a couple times a year for upkeep. But every now and then I have them strip all the gunk and chlorine out of their hair and give them a deep conditioning treatment. Rea gets bored and has zero patience. Ni'ke loves it and asks the stylist to show her different ways to do her hair and asks about hair products to use. So polar opposite! We did this today because tomorrow is a very big day - we are at the Napa Fire training facility all day for a Sea Cadets drill, and then leaving on a plane for Baltimore that same night... Am I even packed yet?! Here we go......
