On Wednesday we made a trip to the hospital with Alex and Evette to get his ear checked out. Thankfully, he was able to get some medication, but their return home was delayed for a few days while his ear healed. We are selfishly bold enough to say that we're glad they were able to stay with us a few extra days!
The hospital was small, but clean and efficient with good service. and we couldn't help but wonder if all the chickens we saw running around town were going to be on our plate at our next meal!
