Pacifica Swim Meet

 I'm behind on my bloggin', thanks to the new changes by Blogger that threw me for a loop, but not for long!  Here are some pics from a couple weeks ago at the kids' last swim meet, which they all ribboned and medaled in!!   We love nice heated, indoor swim meets.....  This one was very cozy on a dreary day, and we were so happy to have found a spot indoors to set up camp!

 That's the ocean back there behind the football field, blending in with the gray sky!!  How cool to go to a high school with an ocean view?!?!  I'd have been in big trouble, looking out the window all day long....

Spelling Word Practice

So this wasn't exactly what I had in mind when I said, "Go upstairs and practice your spelling words." ....    But the results were fantastic!  100% - Good job, Ya'shar!!

Mommy-Daughter Day!

This past weekend was beautiful and the girls and I enjoyed some time at the mall! Who doesn't?? We did pedicures and had lunch and shopped for these little people who won't stop growing.... Every moment with them is precious!!

Football Frenzy!

Ma-lak's latest "mini-obsession" is with football! He has been recording old games on ESPN, memorizing mind-boggling amounts of football facts and trivia, and he can't spend enough time outside practicing. He was quite distraught over the bounty controversy last week, and couldn't believe that someone would break the rules like that, "because football is about tackling, not trying to hurt people." :) Love that little guy...
